1. Service Scope & Deliverables

WebTemplateHub provides digital web products, specifically pre-designed Elementor template kits, alongside professional setup, installation, and deployment services for entrepreneurs, agencies, and small business owners.

2. Commercial & Agency Licensing Rights

Each purchase of a digital template pack includes specific usage terms:

Permitted Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to deploy and customize the templates on an unlimited number of personal and commercial client web properties.

Prohibited Distribution: You may NOT resell, repackage, sub-license, upload to public repositories, or share the raw .json template code or design assets on any marketplace, forum, or digital warehouse.

3. Done-For-You Setup Service Agreement

For clients opting for technical setup services on their private infrastructure:

Client Obligations: You must supply operational hosting access, administrative WordPress rights, and verified branding elements (logo, NAP details) in a prompt manner.

Scope Boundaries: Turnkey setup encompasses baseline CMS installation, template import, custom palette adaptation, and functional contact form routing. Custom PHP logic, third-party API wiring, or copywriting are excluded unless quoted.

Delivery SLA: Standard setup delivery is completed within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving verified, operational credentials and required assets.

4. Third-Party Plugins & Platform Dependencies

Our templates are architected for the WordPress CMS and Elementor page builder. While designed to operate cleanly on core versions and supported free extensions, users are responsible for maintaining required third-party licenses, server compatibility, and regular PHP/WordPress updates.

We make no representations or guarantees regarding specific advertising ROI, lead volumes, or sales results, as these depend on user-managed advertising, pricing, and niche market demand.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international business and commercial statutes, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. In the event of any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of WebTemplateHub digital products and services, the parties agree to first make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting our legal and customer resolution desk. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be resolved by binding online arbitration under mutually agreed arbitration guidelines, or before a competent court of applicable jurisdiction. Users agree that all dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class or collective action.
